Why the changes?

1. I hated having a top home page that hardly ever changed
2. This new format will make it easier for me to edit the show webpage when on the road
3. Our new show notes page, while feeding the podcast feed quite well, isn't gorgeous. We'd like to make our show notes easier on the eye and available right here!
